great to finally see a video from you keep up the good work flow will come in time. one thing that helped me a lot was not lookin at myself in a mirror. it helps for tricks but flow..girl just get dirty wiht it lol

I really got a lot out of watching this. I like that there's no music and simply you working through a series of basic skills you've learned. I'm not to that point yet, but seeing how someone progresses through those stages is helpful. Thanks.

Awesome job around 1:15 when you pass the hoop under your leg. That's one I struggle with...short legs and all. You look so graceful as you do it!

And I LOVE the shot at the end when the other folks try the hoop. Share the love, Sugaree.
