Foot Toss Variations
While playing with the hoop today, I found out I could do a foot toss from the side as well as the front, so I put together a quick video of four foot toss variations.

You're welcome, Marina. Keep trying; it's just like anything else with hooping - the first time is almost always less than successful, but perseverance pays off. :)
