Gillian Tunney - Hoop Practice 7-10-12 to Cat Power

Gillian Tunney - Hoop Practice 7-10-12 to Cat Power - music is "Speak for Me" from You are Free and "Could We" from The Greatest . Working on incorporating more dance and full body movement as well as cleaning up the motions of the hoop. I started practicing yoga this winter on a regular basis and it has helped my hooping in many ways. I have some staff and mini hoop videos from this session i will be posting as well. Hoop is 32" Polypro taped with silver mirror.

thank you all for your kind words. !   @nicole colindres  i am not a dancer, but i have some training in it. i was a competitive baton twirler growing up and the hoop has helped me break out of the rigid , rehearsed movements a bit. it is an amazing feeling. !
