my hoop is a "dance weight" 3/4" 100psi tubing. i think it is 38" it is hard to hold straight out to do isolation's (or im just not very strong!) i need a smaller polypro but they are more pricey :p

oh man.... hahaha! i wish i could think the way you do! its hard to have confidence in myself. but the hoop is a 34" polypro. my first hula hoop! i now have 2 hoops. my new one[that came in yesterday] is UV reactive hot pink 32" polypro. ill probably make a video of that one soon. its sooooooo vibrant in the sun! <3

i agree, if its only been a month, and u got that much skill down...ur gonna rock it in no time!! love the pink tape on the inside of the hoop too btw...
