Continuous work on flow and focusing on what my 2nd arm was doing. The hooping contest inspired me to make a video because I haven't in so long. thanks for that safire :)

So pretty! I love the grace and flow that you have. I forget that hooping can even be amazing and inspiring when done to slower music. I might have to mix up my playlists a bit. Great video!!
