the behind the back elbow stall, then backward dip into the hoop I actually saw in a video, and I just kept practicing until i got it. Its all about timing with the elbow stall

thank you everyone! :D and Joanna i just did a reversal type thing by catching it, then i did an iso pop, you can search iso pop on youtube and find tutorials, they are one of my favorite tricks

What's the trick that you did around 1:55, where you sort of catch it on your arm and throw it forward? Is there a tutorial for that? Love it.
