Hooping is healing.
Without going into detail, I have a lot of difficult, personal things going on in my life. Hooping is truly healing to me.

I know exactly what you mean when you say hoping is healing :) It got me through a lot! And I def did some of my best hooping during those times. I recently made a new hoop because I feel as if my last one absorbed so much negative energy that it just had to be retired. Hope all well with you...hang in there and keep spinning!
