Hah, I'm trying so hard to figure out how to do a movement workshop! Once I figure it out I'll post a video but I'm not sure how long it'll be till then!

The hoop colour is "glass green" from Superhooper. It's so pretty and is kind of a translucent mint colour in real life which I love.

Yep you're definitely one of my top video inspirations coz your hoop *dancing* is so good!  I'm still trying to copy the arm movements you did in the disco video, with limited success.  Dance tutorial now plz :D

Not sure if I have ever told you but AWESOME x10! I have watched many hoops videos and your style is different from what I've seen. You keep my wanting to practice more 3D style transitions.
