And yes those are aluminum hoops... I thought about getting one but researched what other hoopers thought of them - a lot of mixed reviews. They're super light and I guess kinda slippery... they make everything look so finished so maybe its worth it!

You need lots of space to practice some of her beautiful tricks. I've been playing with some of them since I first saw this in the summer. I love her lots. Apparently she has grown up in the circus so she does have a head start and perhaps that's why she is so effortless with her moves. I look really stilted when I try them. xxxxxx
