I watch this almost every morning. And if I become inconsistent, I watch it just to make me smile, feel good and remind me that as much as we love many things... we must also love the path too them as well. The hooping path has many bumps, twists and turns, but we must learn to have patience, trust and hope :) Because you always get out what you put in - that's just a rule of the universe ;)

Same! This video has pretty much helped keep me going, whether I'm watching it or not. I can't tell you how many times I've thought 'Watch for hesitation!' and had it really help me just push myself to do things I wouldn't normally try. :)
