Freakin' love. Please come teach me your ways at Hoop Convergence. I've been working on breaks, reversals, etc. for the past 10 weeks or so and am progressing slowly (which is ok!) but would love an expert such as yourself to learn from.

So ummm... I totally practice my breaks and reversals to the flux pavillion remix of this song like... everyday.  Strange coincidence.

So I had to watch this again today, and ever since I've seen this, I have picked up on breaks so much more now, and its one of my favorite things to do with my hoop now. thank you so much for the sexy amount of inspiration!
