Well, when I started hooping, Opal was 6 weeks old.  I started making hoops shortly afterwards and she has been able to spin it around her body since she was 1.... its taken almost 2 years of her spinning over and over and over and BAM.  Now she wants to come to hoop class with me and actually hoop with me and gets ecstatic when I bust out our hoops.  lol  She has like 5 of her own now.  Its hilarious and awesome all at the same time :)  <3

Isn't it exciting when our little ones finally get it. my daughter was 4 when it finally made its first rotation. She is six now and wow she ssure can pull off the trix and play with her hoop. I love it , we do it together. Congratulations on your daughters hoopcess!!!!!!

This video is NOTHING on what she can do now!!! Seriously, at performance last night, she was rocking a 1 inch Chakra hoop, and really getting going, then she starting spinning inside of her hoop!! Seriously keeping it going for at least a minute, if not more. She was SO happy and kept smiling so big! It has been pure joy watching this little one on her "hoop journey".
