Post Hoop Camp 2011
Hoop Camp this year was bad ass. Lots of inspiration all around. Had the pleasure of teaching a workshop on personifying energy and manipulating space, which was one of the most rewarding and inspiring experiences I've ever had. So much love for everyone who went to hoop camp and shared space with me. In this vid there is some new ideas and developments. A lot to do with manipulating space, which for me means to give texture and build pathways and patterns in space. Using a Larger hoop and Minis. And I threw in some new foot work for good measure. Really just didn't want to stop dancing after I came back. :)
