Forgot to say the most important thing: thanks, Sandra. You make my world spin in the best possible sense. Please stay so gracious and beautiful and sharing.

I got three new hoops yesterday, a big one and a pair of minis. I expected the big one to not quite so big and was disappointed.

Now I saw this video and the hoop is about as big as my new one. I know what I'll be working on for months to come and feel bad for having been disappointed when there's so much potential in that big ol' shiny hoop.

This is the video that did it for me and made me decide to learn to hoop. I had seen other videos, but they were only entertaining. The grace, power, and the beauty of this one was too lovely not to inspire me to try hooping for myself.
