Sorry about the quality, got a brand new camera with a slow motion setting. I hope this helps as somewhat of a silent tutorial to see the movements of shoulder hooping. Note that as the hoop hits my shoulder, it's an upward and outward shrug, more than pushing forward or backward in a circular motion. Much like waist hooping, the idea is to push, not gyrate.
