Slow Motion Shoulder Hooping (mistakes included!)

Sorry about the quality, got a brand new camera with a slow motion setting. I hope this helps as somewhat of a silent tutorial to see the movements of shoulder hooping. Note that as the hoop hits my shoulder, it's an upward and outward shrug, more than pushing forward or backward in a circular motion. Much like waist hooping, the idea is to push, not gyrate. Let me know if you have any questions, I hope this helps someone!

Where can I access my classes?

Unfortunately, I am going to have to MANUALLY transfer over 1700 students to the new site. When it is ready I'll be posting EVERYWHERE with instructions on how to log into your account. I'll do whatever it takes to make this work so you don't lose your access.

Predicted launch date: January 23rd, 2016

Thank you for your patience and support!

Much love,
