I loved this! when I go to practice at the club they played this one song,name, my friend warned it was a 6 min or so song but spun till it was done lol. Loved the vid ty for sharing :)

Thank you for the comments :) I am mesmerized by the Dervish! When I first started, I couldn't even go for 20 seconds... it's amazing what you can condition your body to do! Wish I had more patience to learn more hoop tricks though... :(

Really Beautiful! Reminds me of Dervish spinning. What is your secret? Can you (anyone) really condition your body/head to sustain that much spinning? Or maybe I just need a pair of those shoes?
