Sunny day JGB Groovin'
Playing in the muddy grassy fields just outside the town of New Paltz, NY in front of the Mohonk mountains. Focusing on new tosses, off body flow with single and double hoops and some off to on body transitions. A little difficult to see in video but a watchtower sits on top of the mountain which Bob Dylan wrote his song about.
Its been a loooong winter~ so happy to finally get some practice in outside. Surgery in 3 days means no hooping for at least 4 weeks.. what a perfect sunny day for a JGB hoop jam!
