Just hooping and chatting away! Trying to record more progress videos to keep challenging myself.
This is my first time using the gym to hoop and I love it! I'm currently learning vertical chest hooping, the kick start, and how to get the hoop back up from my knees after I get it there. I am also working on transitions and flow constantly.
If you have any useful criticism, please let me know! Any tips for the above moves would be helpful too :)
