Sustained Spin Multi Hooping

It's been a long time since I've blissed out while hooping and I had the most amazing experience of flow this morning. This was my first attempt at sustained spinning while multi hooping; I don't even really do sustained spinning but after this experience I think it will become part of my regular practice.

Wow...there's no words....wow...just the constant spinning around and around and around, is amazing to me..but the hoop around your legs like that...freakin amazing! You rock girl!

I love your multi hooping... esepcially your two hoops on your hand and wrist. I tried doing that but it hurt my arm too much, but you seem to be using a different material for hooping, I wish I knew what it was!

I love this vid! I just looked up this song a couple days ago because the cd made its way to my massage room at the spa I work at. It puts me in such a meditative state while i give a massage that i wanted to do a hoop dance to it.....lol im glad i found this vid your beautiful :)

I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing.  In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes.  All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession.
