Thanks for the comments, so sweet. I have practise muli-hooping occasionally about 5 months..still need more and more practise :)..and regular practise ;)

Great hooping! I've just begun with twins & it's a whole new challenge-- you're quite an inspiration. That catch at the end is amazing. Out in a blaze of glory... even in b&w!
