your welcome, just some friendly hooper advice... slowing things down helped me learn a lot of control in my hooping. It also gave me a sense of timing and helped me for better flow. It will also help you see all of the amazing space that you have to work with while hooping. If you go too fast, you might think you don't have enough space to complete a trick, but if you slow it down just a bit, you will see how much space you really do have! You are doing great though!

Yes one week! Thank you I'm trying to practice as much as I can, and thanks for the advice I do need to slow it down! I try to go fast to keep a flow but in turn that just messes me up and makes me over think things! Also it was freezing out and I was trying to make the video quickly before I had to go to work! But I do notice that I tend to speed things up even in my regular practices, I will definitely take your advice into my practices from now on. Thanks!

great work, for only one week of hooping? pretty damn good, but all i suggest is to slow it down next time and during practices to help you gain control of the hoop and find those empty spaces to fit your body parts through!

I had to make this video fast before work! So I'm moving fast, as you can tell! Hahaha! Will be uploading another soon!
