I thought this class would be too elementary for me but I was soooo wrong. I have learned so many random moves and my flow has and continues to increase exponentially. I am about to buy the blossoming classes because they are all more than worth the money.

I agree, learning off YouTube and others random is totally respectable, but I guess I'm part of the otherrrr 99%, not the brats protesting who say, I am willing to pay someone for their talents and contribute to their success and in part invest in my own happiness and future success hehehe,,yes sorry to debunk the myth of making profit, but I support those in life who are simply damn GOOD at what they do,,and are able to earn rewards for it hehehe!!  I totally support entrepeneurs like SaFire who dare to take hooping to the next level and grow it, expand it, spread it for a decent cost to teach and mentor others :)  She provides a product worthy of purchase and I support her by example of my over 100 youtube vids so far and much more to come with time hehe!  U Go Girl is all I can say!!!! h00pHuGGz!!

You will not find more comprehensive hoop dance instruction anywhere. I would pay triple the price for these classes, they are that good. Safire has a degree in education and that is evident in her instruction. No matter what type of learner you are, she will break it down for you in a way you can understand. The videos are very clear; each tutorial shows both currents, multiple angles, slow motion, variations on the move, ect. She is always adding to the content and is available for direct questions if you need further instruction. The free planting seeds class that you receive with purchase of any other class has taught me so much. It is a fantastic basis for dancing and moving, hoop or otherwise. I will buy every class she comes out with! They will exceed your expectations!

hi SaFire huggss u!  I had posted u a progress video but never heard anything back *pouts* lol,, but I really wish you would have seen it because I've progressed quite a lot and tightened some aspects of my flow that would make you so proud of me! seeding 1 really does lay all the foundation down, I think its awesome and best for anyone wanting to seriously learn about the hoop, and not just "how" to do it, but the culture of it :)  all your lessons are well explained and i totally love your format how u show your moves in real time first, then break them down to the most basic elements of them!  i'm still into seeding 2 now but am really more focused on nailing down pat all the stuff i've learned so far!  This is vid I shot like literally just days ago doing my latenight blacklight hooping hehe,, hope u proud of how far I've come since May :)   http://youtu.be/EApfcuSj_0E    hugssssss SaFire! <3

It's one thing to learn how to hoop from scouring various youtube videos, that's all well and good, but it's completely another thing to learn from a structured, organized environment like Safire's classes. She constantly builds upon what she is teaching to always challenge improvement, variations, and variety, and she incorporates ways to work the new moves into combinations to give you freedom to move, dance, and be comfortable transitioning multiple ways with what you learn. She is a thorough instructor who is always willing to work with you to answer questions you may have, and she explains things calmly and intelligently along with linking examples/concepts from video to video keeping you familiar with her teaching methods. You also have the benefit of seeing other classmates questions and advice as well who may have finished the course already and can offer their experiences.

What I like best is your purchase of the classes never expire. You can enroll in a class, learn what you can, and find a few moves at the end still too advanced... and still have the ability to come back to them months later when you feel ready. I like that I can pace myself, take my time with learning, and really soak it all in on my own time and when I have the availability to practice, unlike a live, local class where you are "forced" to learn everything in an hour's space over the course of a few weeks and don't have the ability to pause, rewind, watch again, compare in a mirror, etc.

If you are contemplating whether to enroll or not, definitely go for it! You won't be disappointed, even if it's a class of moves you already know. You will find new ways of looking at them and moving with them that you may not have discovered on your own.

I have enrolled in every class!!!  SaFire is an amazing teacher - breaking down each move, explaining every part of it, showing each move in both currents, showing the move with her body facing the camera and sideways/back to the camera, and in slow motion! Also, if there is a variation she will add that.  She also gives feedback in the classes if you have a question on the move!  You will also be able to communicate with other students taking the class in the comment section of each class.   I have made so much progress since joining the classes.  I love being able to download them to my ipod touch and take them with me to the gym.  I highly recommend all the classes!  Thanks SaFire!!!!!
